10.0Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Villa 14. Viajamos en familia con nuestras dos hijas y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. El apartamento es súper amplio (todas las estancias lo son) y tiene muchísima luz natural, lo que hace que la estancia sea de lo más agradable. 📍 Ubicación inmejorable Para nosotros, la localización fue perfecta para explorar la Selva Negra y Alsacia. Además, la logística diaria es comodísima: Aparcamiento: Se puede aparcar en la misma puerta sin ningún tipo de problema. Servicios: Hay varios supermercados muy cerca a los que se puede ir andando perfectamente. 🏡 Equipamiento y comodidad (No le falta de nada) El apartamento está cuidado al milímetro y lleno de detalles que marcan la diferencia: Cocina top: Vajilla y batería de cocina de buena calidad, buenas sartenes e incluso especias. Electrodomésticos: Cuenta con aspiradora y una cafetera súper automática que es un puntazo. Climatización: Nos tocó una ola de calor y agradecemos enormemente que nos dejaran dos ventiladores, los cuales nos vinieron de maravilla. Descanso: Las camas son muy cómodas y el piso es extremadamente silencioso, ideal para descansar tras un día entero de turismo. 👤 Hospitalidad de los anfitriones Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de los propietarios. Nos recibieron en persona y fueron increíblemente amables, dedicando un buen rato a explicarnos absolutamente todo el funcionamiento de la casa y dándonos indicaciones.

Note:
Renovation work will be taking place on the second floor of the building until approximately October 2026. Since there is another floor between the ground floor apartment and the second floor, and no particularly noisy work (chiseling or drilling) is currently planned, you should hear very little noise from the work in your apartment. The work will only take place Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
