− Die Wohnung ist teilweise sehr abgewohnt, Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen eher nicht vorhanden ( Backofen hat stark gerochen) , Kinderstuhl war dreckig

9.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Man benötigt keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß um zur Anlegestelle der Chiem-Schifffahrt in Priem zu gelangen. Ebenso in der Nähe sind zahlreiche Lokale. Das Haus liegt zwar an der stark befahrenen Seestraße, die Fenster der Wohnung ist allerdings alle ins Grüne ausgerichtet, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Den schönen Balkon (wir haben auch in der Früh von dort einmal Rehe gesehen) konnten aufgrund des schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig, in der Küche ist an Geschirr und Geräten alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass zu der Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört. Von der Tiefgarage kann man mit dem Lift direkt zur Wohnung fahren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Die Vermieter waren zwar nicht vor Ort, es gibt aber eine Dame, die die Wohnung betreut und an die man sich bei Problemen wenden kann.
− Das Bett war mir etwas zu weich, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eher altmodisch, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.
