9.0Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung und gute E-Geräte. Zentral und gelegen mit eigener zubuchbaren Garage. Schöne Ferienwohnung für ein paar Tage Erholung.
− Bei extremer Hitze ist die Dachgeschosswohnung eine Herausforderung. Die Beschattung der Dachfenster sowie des großen Wohnzimmerfenster wäre eine gute Investition und für das Wohlergehen der Mieter im Sommer

10.0Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist super, es gibt auch einen Parkplatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Herrn Radu klappte wunderbar, vielen Dank.

10.0Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof von Marbach, mit ruhigem Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof und einem tollen Blick vom Balkon. Die Küche war modern eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer groß und mit einem bequemen Ledersofa. Der Gastgeber hat sich persönlich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert und war sehr hilfsbereit.
