7.0Die Lage und der Ausblick der Wohnung.
− Empfang keiner da trotz vorherigen Ankündigung. Aussenbereich am Haus ungepflegt. Gästekarte nach Aufforderung zwei Tage später bekommen. In einem Schlafzimmer fanden wir im Nachttisch in der Schublade ein blutiges älteres tampon, im anderen ein mit Körpersäften beschmierts Tuch. Bilder sind vorhanden. Keine Brandmelder in der Wohnung, wurden abgenommen. Bilder ebenfalls vorhanden. Möchte ich nicht ins Netz stellen, wenn dann nur an booking com direkt.
Dies war eine sehr erholsame Woche am Tegernsee. Auch durch die Ferienwohnung.

8.0Es ist sehr gut renoviert (Bad, Schlafräume, Fußboden), sehr schöner Balkon, Super Lage (Bäcker, Edeka, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen), 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wasser, Bushaltestelle und Ladesäule für E-Auto in der Nähe
