10.0Zentrale gute Lage aber ruhig, ÖV in der Nähe mit bester Verbindung ins Zentrum. Top Kommunikation inkl schnelle Reaktion, ales sehr gut organisiert und nochmals besten Dank an Lena & Johannes, absolute Weiterempfehlung und Preis-Wert: den Preis absolut wert und im Vergleich eine hochwertige Wohnung betr Bauqualität, Design, Ausstattung inkl einem sehr guten Bett, schöne Dusche, Balkon, grosser TV, sehr gutes W-Lan, Parkplatz, Möblierung inkl Stil/Design etc, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

10.0Absolutely beautiful appartment. Inside is everything You need even for two weeks stay. It is close to hospital but is quiet. One tram stop away is a lot of very good restaurants/bar (LUUC) and bakery and coffe bars (IARO!!!). Tram stop to KIT north is also very close. If I will come to Karlsruhe I will choose this place. Owners are very nice and contact is smooth and fast.
