7.0Direkt am Ruppiner See ruhig gelegen mit einem netten Italiener nebenan. Zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 25 Min., mit dem Fahrrad 10 Min. Gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Geräumig bis auf das Bad.
− KI Kommunikation mit Jane versagte. Leitet statt an Mitarbeiter an sich selbst weiter. Mail mit Schlüsselcode über Booking nicht bekommen. Notfallnummer war erst nach fast einer Stunde erreichbar. - kein Mückenschutz am Fenster, keine Klimaanlage - sehr warme Zimmer - kleinere Kissen wären deutlich besser als die verklumpten großen Kissen - Fön ging nicht - Hinweise für Fernbedienung stimmen nicht mit der Fernbedienung für den Fernseher überein.

7.0Die Lage war hervorragend, direkt am See. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.
− Beim Check in hatten wir Probleme. Telefonisch war nur die KI zu Stelle und diese war sehr schlecht. Letzlich haben wir es aufgegeben. Die Ausstattung war minimal. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in meinen Augen zu wenig. Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet, aber ungemütlich.
Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit trotz Baustelle nebenan
