Excellent location especially for cruisers
10.0We booked this apartment after the cruise since the cruise ship terminal is so close. The location is unique, at the very end of Avenida Flamboyan (the last gated house), therefore, it is very quiet. We used booking.com coordinates to reach the place. The apartment is on the first floor and the hosts live on the second floor. The apartment is spacious. The swimming pool is an added bonus (the water is very clean) since the beach is not within the walking distance. The jumbo supermarket with a cafe/restaurants is around 25-30 min walk. The vegetarian pizza at the pizzeria (the one closest to the supermarket because there are two pizzerias) was better than in Italy (above our expectations!). If we plan another cruise from La Romana, we will not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Wouldn´t stay again, purely because we didn´t like La Romana.
8.0Very nice hosts, gave us lifts to town....and they returned home from an evening out when we locked ourselves out of the apartment!
− 20 minute walk to town. Had to inform host every day at what time to turn on the hot water for the shower. It worked, but a bit impractical.
This is my new favorite place in La Romana
