− No estaba nada cuidado, bastante dejado. Hay detalles que no cuesta nada reparar y hacen que la estancia sea mejor. No se han esforzado en que el apartamento esté adecuado para alquilar. La comunicación con el dueño muy mala. Solo escribía para preguntar e insistir por pagar por fuera de booking y luego no contestó a tiempo a los mensajes al llegar ni al marcharnos

− The apartment was so dirty and furniture dirty and saw cockroaches on the bathroom floor when I turned on lights at night.

7.0The apartment was spacious and in an excellent location. The apartment complex was well maintained. We loved the pool which was big and right in front of our apartment. The apartment had a washer and dryer which came in very handy. Rosa, one of the housekeepers, and the gardener did an excellent job looking after us.
− The address printed on the reservation took us to the back gate of the property which is only accessible by key fab; this should be changed on the booking to the front gate where the security guard is. This made check-in a little difficult since we arrived after dark and the taxi driver also did not know the area. I had to call Rosa who then called the security guard who came around and opened the gate for us. Rosa was supposed to meet us but she had left for the day; however, she had left our apartment keys with the security guard. Unfortunately, there was no drinking water for us when we arrived. There were two dining tables on the front porch; the small dining table should be replaced with some comfortable furniture. A toaster would also have been nice. Overall, the apartment was a bit dated and could use some upgrading.
