− The conditions. The furnitures and cabinets are in poor condition. The window treatments are poor looking. The cabinets and furnitures need to be updated. The AC in hallway was dropping water and causing the floor wet. My friend fell down and broke the small toe of the foot.

− Confirmation stated check out was noon but when I checked in I was told that check out was 11:00 am. Which was ironic because the housekeeper didn’t finish getting the condo ready for us until after one hour past the assigned check in time! Whenever we wanted to go to the pool, we were required to notify someone to let us into the pool. This could have been problematic!
