8.0Спокойное место, чистота, удобная парковка, без проблем с ключами и заездом. Неплохо было бы указывать , что это первый этаж, так что вид на реку есть, но ограниченный. Общая терраса больше похожа на ограниченный тротуар.
− В кухне посуды по минимуму, но хаатало. Жаль не было хорошей сковороды, это так часто бывает в съёмных квартирах. Неплохо было бы оставлять немного кофе, раз уж чай есть в наличии. В душевой нет ни шампуня, ни кондиционера, ни геля для для душа.. Если не открывать входную дверь, в комнате душно. Есть кондиционер, но мы не смогли его включить:(

6.0The accommodation is located right in the marina, which creates a very pleasant, peaceful maritime atmosphere. The location is logistically ideal - all important places (restaurants, beach and city center) are conveniently accessible without using a car or public transport.
− We expected a one-bedroom apartment (where the bedroom and living room are separated), but in reality it turned out to be a studio apartment. The curtains are too thin and do not provide sufficient protection from the morning sun. People with light-sensitive sleep patterns will have a hard time sleeping there; proper blackout curtains would be a waste of time here.
