10.0Väga hea uus rõduga 4. korrusel asuv korter. Asukoht väga hea. Laiad pehmema madratsiga mugavad voodid. Kindlasti soovitan.
− Ideaalis võiks olla veel vannitoas rohkem rätikute nagisid, ja igale inimesele 2 rätikut ning vannitoa põrandarätik. Ning varupadi ja tekk.

5.0Ruumid ilusad.
− Kahjuks asus korter 4. korrusel ja majas lift puudus. Seda varasemalt välja ei lugenud. Jahedama õhu saamiseks peab avama aknad, kahjuks asub korter sõidutee ääres ja liiklusmüra on üsna arvestatav.
