El apartamento esta muy bien, limpio, grande, equipado, buena piscina.

− Tienen un compresor o extractor de agua para los aires , en el techo oculto , que hace ruido cada 2 minutos , y no se puede desconectar y no deja descansar.

This property is great for family! We had everything we needed for our week stay. We found a high chair in the closet, stuff for beach and pool, places to dry clothes, plastic plates and bowls for kids. Two rooms have a bunk bed and a trundle bed and the master bedroom had a queen or king bed. The couch might have pulled out too? Not sure we didn’t use it. Bea- the host- was attentive in answering questions and providing what we needed. The apartment has elevator access, and pool access and is 3 min walk from the beach, several restaurants, two bazaars and a small grocery store. Theres a neighborhood park not too far and if you walk to a neighboring beach there are some beach parks too. The tram stops right by the beach and runs about every 20 min in both directions along the coast. It took 30 min to reach ALACANTE. There is also a taxi area close by, and from the alacante train station a taxi was 23euros in 2026.

− The biggest thing was a lack of explanations and some maintenance issues, and Bea either knew about them or tried to fix them while we were there, such as a loud air conditioner. The house did lack explanations, like house rules things. I had to get the wifi from the router itself, i had to figure out the washing machine and dishwasher myself. There was no notes about the pool closing times, where to take trash, tram times, local stores etc. in most properties like that I am used to finding a small book with this kind of info to help you get started.

The location is perfect - 2 minutes away from the beach, tram station, market... It is clean, well equipped, and the host was available at any time.

Buena opción a pasos de la playa, restaurantes y transporte público.

Ubicación inmejorable, a pasos de la playa Muchavista, de la parada del tram y del bus. Muchos y muy buenos restaurantes a solo pasos, farmacia, mercado Día que abre los domingos. Buen espacio para una familia de 6. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. Muy buena comunicación con la dueña.

− Los baños estaban limpios. Pero la limpieza general se debería mejorar. Muy sucio debajo de las camas. Los enseres de la cocina, ollas y vasos, sobre todo las ollas estaban muy sucias. Son detalles que se pueden mejorar con poco esfuerzo. Había un ruido regular que se activaba cada una hora durante las 24 horas del día, lo que nos despertaba en la noche. Los dueños dicen que no han podido detectar cómo arreglarlo. Otro tema que se va de las manos del dueño es el ruido del inquilino del apartamento de arriba. Caminaba a la 1 am con zapatos con tacones sobre nuestra habitación. Dentro de las casas se usan chancletas!
