9.0Muy buena ubicación, a cinco minutos del centro y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y con gran armario. Baños ok. Excelente en general. Destacar el fantástico y eficiente trato de Eva.
− La única pega es que no tiene aire acondicionado.

− Les salles de bain qui auraient besoin d être rénovées : mauvaise évacuation, ventilation bruyante, ampoule grillée et parois de douches rouillées. Décoration sommaire et impersonnelle.
Estada tranquil·la
9.0Vam viatjar jo i la meva germana amb la meva filla d'un any i hi vam estar molt agust. Els llit de matrimoni és molt ample i còmode. La calefacció funcionava bé (vam agafar uns dies de tramuntana bastant freds). El que més destacaria, però, és la seva ubicació. Està a prop del centre i de la platja però és tranquil. A més, és fàcil aparcar de forma gratuïta al carrer de sota (Riera de Sant Vicenç) excepte els dilluns que fan el mercat setmanal.
− Per a mi, l'únic aspecte a millorar és la neteja de la dutxa. No m'hi hagués fixat si hagués anat sola però la meva filla va aixecar el tap del desaigüe i tenia bastants fongs. El vaig deixar destapat i segur que ja ho han netejat perquè la resta de pis estava molt net.
