أسوأ تجربة في حياتي من ناحية اماكن الإقامة
1.0بصراحة لايوجد اي شي ايجابي استطيع ذكره مع الاسف الشديد، مع احترامي للكلمة مكان زبالة وقذر بمعنى الكلمة، لايوجد صابون في دورات المياه والكراسي مكسره وقذرة حشرات وذباب في كل مكان. اضطريت اقضي نصف يومي انا والاسرة لنظافة المكان وازالة الاوساخ والقلح المتراكم من شهور حتى نستطيع البقاء. اقسم بالله اني صادق في كل كلمة ذكرتها والمكان مايستاهل حتى ربع القيمة لليوم وهي ٢٧٠$ أصلاً لو بلاش والله ما اسكن فيها
− مبدئياً المكان مشترك بين فلل منتجع كنكون وفلل مشغل آخر ومع الاسف لما تحجز عن طريق بوكينق لازم تتاكد من الاسم عشان ماتغلط نفس غلطي واضطريت للسكن لان الحجز غير مسترجع. الفلل سيئة بشكل لايوصف من ناحية النظافة والصيانة بمعنى الكلمة متهالكة، حشرات وفيران وبالنسبة للفرش قذر جداً لما وصلت طلبتهم يغيروه وبرضو فيه بقع وقرف، وبالنهاية نمت على الكنبة في الصاله وكم سرير يمشي الحال للأولاد. الباب السحاب على الحديقة مايقفل وغير الزبالة اللي برا عند الفيلا تبع الناس اللي قبلنا ولا احد شالها. افياش مخلوعة من مكانها وهذا خطر على الاطفال دولاب المطبخ مكسور وغير الاوساخ المتراكمة في المطبخ وعلى الاواني وغير صالحه للاستخدام حتى الاساسيات مثل الغلايه مونظيفه وقديمه جددا والاسفنجه متراكمه عليها حشرات تعب نفسي لايوصف فعلاً تجربة سيئة مستحيل اكررها. وللأمانة الشخص المسؤول وائل والناس اللي شغاله معاه محترمين. حبيت انقل التجربة لكم عن الواقع بكل مصداقية

1.0We had a really bad experience, the facilities were low quality, the Vila was not clean for a long time, the doors inside the Vila could not be closed, so we would not recommend it to new guests.

Great lication, mi serable condition
3.0Owner and staff helpful and responsive. The resort as a whole is comfortable and elegant and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and responsive.
− Dilapitated villa. Shabby broken furniture and kitchen appliances. It was not properly cleaned when we arrived and we ordered it re-cleaned and had to wait for a couple more hours.
