10.0Apartamento muy bien situado. Gracias por habernos dejado poner las maletas antes de la hora y muchissimas gracias a Patricia por la limpieza. Fue una buena semana. Gracias Carmen y Tomas ,volveremos.

10.0Apartment was huge, very well equipped and in an amazing area, close to the beach, the old town and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We truly enjoyed our stay in Almuñécar.

− Städningen hade kunnat vara bättre. Tips att på lägenhetsnyckel skriva in våning och bokstav för lägenhet. Vi letade länge innan vi gick tillbaka till bokning och av en händelse såg adress där det stod 3H. Bättre att markera på nyckel .

− Apartment was not clean when we arrived and it was arranged to have a further clean. Still poor. There are too many things wrong with this Apartment from loose handles on cooking pots, broken mirror tiles in the bathroom, stained kitchen floor, dirt on headboard. The "sofa" was uncomfortable and very low. We had no Internet for the duration of our stay due to damaged equipment. The owner did recompense us for this. We were told it was working before we arrived, but the engineer said otherwise. Whilst the location is very good, it must be said that any noise from the front bedroom can be heard throughout the night! This includes the refuse collectors and late night revellers! It does seem to us that the owners should revisit their apartment and invest in a few upgrades and decorating the place. The pictures will support my comments.

− La limpieza, los muebles muy viejos y poca limpieza en el baño y cocina . La bañera no se limpia desde hace años y tiene la costra de suciedad de años, sin una limpieza diaria fondo .porque según ellos, la bañera es antigua...NO , ANTIGUA NO. VIEJA Y SIN SU LIMPIEZA CORRESPONDIENTE DIARIA.
