Lovely accommodation - key collection would prevent me from going again.
7.0The property was very nice, well equipped, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
− Collecting the keys is not a good experience, I appreciate that check-in is advertised at 5pm, however the keys are held a 10/15 minute walk away from the accommodation, our flight arrived in the morning and we were dropped to the offices, we asked if there was any chance we could get in earlier - they would let us know, asked if we could maybe use the pool facilities whilst waiting - answer was no! We had no contact and could not get in earlier as the previous guest lost the air-conditioning remote? Not a great experience! Not sure why there cant be a key safe at the accommodation instead of having to wander around with luggage.
