8.0Sijainti hyvä ja ennestään tuttu. Avainten luovutukset hoitui hyvin ja viestintä nopeaa. Jopa pölynimuri, vaikkakin vaati sulakkeen puhdistuksen. Autopaikka hissin vieressä.
− Parveke kalusteet kannattaisi uusia. Ei ollut viini- ja vesipulloa odottamassa, kuten on totuttu, varsinkin kun perillä puolilta öin.
