10.0Todo, ubicación, limpieza, instalaciones. La anfitriona encantadora. Para repetir sin duda
Apartamento extraordinario.
10.0La limpieza y el orden, todo bien organizado. El apartamento es muy amplio y acogedor, tiene una terraza con vistas a las zonas comunes y la piscina. La cocina es amplia y está bien equipada, las habitaciones grandes y con sitio para 5 personas, dormimos en la de matrimonio y el colchón es cómodo y la habitación tiene armario y varias comodas donde guardar cosas. Tiene Wifi de muy buena calidad y conexión rápida, se agradece para poder teletrabajar. Está a 150 metros de la playa y el paseo marítimo, en un residencial muy tranquilo y separado del bullicio del centro. Dispone de piscina y plaza de garaje, lo cual facilita el aparcamiento , pues cuando hemos estado estaba la calle vacía, pero supongo que en temporada alta se agradece tener donde dejar el coche. Lo mejor de todo es la atención de los dueños, siempre atentos a nuestros requerimientos y posibles necesidades, Anto un encanto, muy amable y servicial.
− Nada en particular, quizás que hay cosas que son un poco antiguas y vendría bien renovarlas, por ejemplo la televisión.

10.0La casa es perfecta. Está muy bien ubicada, zona tranquila pero a la vez hay de todo. La urbanización muy bonita. Destaco la atención en todo momento y la amabilidad de Anto. Recomiendo está estancia 100%, equipada totalmente, limpia, refrescos y flores de bienvenida, toallas, ropa de cama...y todo muy limpio.

We love La Mata and the apartment
10.0Lovely apartment close to beach and restaurants. Very clean with a lovely bathroom with hot shower. Lots of towels. And the owner really helpful and contacted us a few times to ensure we were ok and there were no problems.
− We stayed in January and weather was cold. Plenty of bedding but we felt the heating was not sufficient for bad weather.
