8.0Las camas eran muy confortables (no tanto las almohadas). El aislamiento es muy bueno y es muy silencioso. El piso ofrece todo lo que se necesita para una estancia. La propietaria tuvo la deferencia de dejar una buena cantidad de cápsulas de café aunque no fuesen necesarias todas, pero se agradece. Además también tuvo el detalle de dejar unas magdalenas.

Vivienda funcional para visitar la zona. Recomendable.
9.0La vivienda estaba limpia y lista para entrar a pasar los dos días que estuvimos, habiendo dejado Lucía todo preparado incluidas esas pequeñas cosas que hacen falta la entrada. La parada del metro está a 3 minutos y no tuvimos que mover el coche para visitar Bilbao en ningún momento.
