2.0− Cucarachas, suciedad, humedad. La reserva era para tres y solo había toallas y cubertería para dos.

4.0Suficientemente espaçoso para 4 pessoas. Bons transportes para Bilbao (Comboio, metro e autocarro).
− O aquecimento foi desligado muito cedo, final da tarde. Falta de toalhas. Apesar de serem solicitadas, só no último dia fomos contactados. A password do Wi-Fi não está exposta no apartamento e ao solicitá-la, só fomos informados no último dia Falta de acomodação para a roupa em um dos quartos. O número de telefone disponível no site Booking, está fora de serviço.
