Not as expected
4.0Area is beautiful, flat spacious and loved the balcony.
− Weren't advised it was out of season, had expected to use local transport. Not advised of number of steps up to the property, feel this should be advised, if we had come as 6 as originally planned our friends wouldn't have managed the climb. Too many keys to get in. Unable to use pool, was filthy, this was reported but not rectified. No toilet rolls on arrival and no bin bags. Toilet was dirty and shower needed a deep clean

− Ants in the kitchen and, in general, not too cleaned, especially the kids room. A general painting would be good as well.

6.0Comfortable sitting room. Balcony area good size. Change of towels and bedding. Office nearby who sorted any issues quickly. Good proximity to beach and restaurants.
− Tiny kitchen, difficult to use as little storage for foodstuffs and practically no preparation area. Lots of steps into the property and up to the pool which wasn't stated in the description.

8.0Lovely location. Was still warm at end of October and we used it as a base to explore the region. Nice snorkeling of the beach in Tamariu
− Veey little not to like. The power to the hot water tank failed on the last day but company tried to fix it but couldnt that day.

− it is 550 m from the beach, not 100m as it said in the Booking.com description. This is misrepresented, so needs correcting. The hob was cracked, a kitchen knife was broken, the dishwasher door fell open. None of the above were critical to us.
