8.0The apartment is in a very central area of town and very convenient for getting about. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shops, beach & train station. The apartment itself is a good size with 3 bed rooms all with private bathrooms, two levels both with a large balcony. Good air-conditioning and celling fans which made the apartment very comfortable in the July heat. Our stay was two weeks and we found it had everything we needed with no major problems. We did highlight one or two maintenance issues due to normal wear and tear but they never caused any issues to our stay. The company staff were pleasant and easy to communicate with and made arrangements for our late check in. I would stay again.

7.0Good location ,everything within reach ,center, entertainment ,beach and shops. Good layout of the apartment spacious terrace . Thanks to the third floor you can´t hear too much street noise.
− Some older equipment already needs to be replacement. Moldings are falling off on the kitchen counter. The malfuntioning washing machine was not rectified even after a complaint. Low water pressure in the showers .
