8.0Квартира с современным дизайном, есть всё необходимое. Неплохое место расположение.
− Было грязно, практически все окна выходят в патио из-за этого проветрить комнаты невозможно так как оттуда идет неприятный запах. Шумоизоляции ноль. Отсутствие лифта. Всё бы ничего если бы было чисто.

9.0Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and good showers.
− Apartment is 3 floors up in a block with no lift. This wasn't clear from the ad but I appreciate we hadn't checked and will do so in future bookings. The week we were there was colder than normal and we didn't find the apartment heating adequate throughout. It was abnormal weather for Spain though.
We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return and recommend it.
10.0The place was beautiful and provided great amenities from filtered water for the stay so we didn’t have to worry about purchasing water to central heating and everything we would need to cook a great Christmas dinner in the beautiful kitchen!! Groceries are around the corner and bus transport is closeby.
− One thing to note is the stairs going up to the 3rd floor, if you have a lot of luggage or elderly.
