10.0Clean comfy , well kitted out apartment , good parking (bit tight ) but a really great apartment would definetly stay here again , Aircon worked really well , loads of towels , comfy beds and linen , everything u could need , and Oscar the owner if fantastic and helpful

10.0The property was spacious well equipped and spotless. There is a large balcony accessible from each bedroom and living room. The air conditioning was excellent with easy controls. There was everything we’d needed to feel right at home. With lovely little touches like bottled water, coffee tabs and cream - as well as a wide range of toiletries in the bathrooms. Orial was an amazing host both kind and generous. I would highly recommend this property! Great for couples or families - business or pleasure.

10.0The location was excellent. Literally 1 minute away from the metro and bus station. A few restaurants to choose from right downstairs. The host was very nice and helpful. Everything was absolutely perfect

10.0Oscar是一个特别棒的房东，人很好也很热心。我自认为对酒店要求比较高，但是Oscar的这个公寓入住体验特别好，公寓收拾的非常干净，进门没有任何异味，也没有酒店味。公寓里面的设施也是应有尽有，简单用个厨房也没有问题，公寓还有阳台，有客厅，比较宽敞。而且这个公寓是一幢新的楼，外面都是玻璃幕墙，安全性没有问题。有什么需要帮助的Oscar也会帮忙。因为在巴塞后面我们定了别的公寓，退房那天正好有行程，然而后面的公寓还不让我们提前把行李放过去，我就联系了Oscar，他让我们把行李放在他那边，后来晚上去拿行李的时候，Oscar还在公寓等我们，帮我们把行李拿上了车。后面有机会再来巴塞，还会选择Oscar的这个公寓。

10.0Oscar ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. An jede Kleinigkeit ist gedacht um den Aufenthalt so einfach wie möglich für den Gast zu gestalten. Die Messe ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort. Wir haben uns rundherum gut versorgt und wohl gefühlt.

10.0Loved the location, really close to public transport, groceries and restaurants. Plus IKEA down the road. The apartment itself had all of the amenities you would expect from a hotel. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Spacious and practical layout. Oscar was a fantastic host and was incredibly helpful. Lovely wife and mum too. ❤️ Will definitely return on my next trip.
− Nothing really. Once the bedroom doors are shut, there is no noise from the adjacent highway. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
