− Llevo más de 15 días aquí y cada ves que voy a reservar de nuevo siempre piden que vuelva hacer check para volver a renovar los mismos datos que ya tienen de uno Eso es lo único incómodo

− Заселення було дуже складне, не були надані всі інструкціі по заселенню. Не надали код від вхідної двері, номер апартаментів. Кімната була дуже темна вік віходии в середину будинку.
Un verano muy caluroso y con solo ventilador
5.0La ubicación pues está cerca del metro, de la Gran Vía y de Puerta del sol. El tamaño de la habitación es correcta y con balcón a la calle. La cocineta pequeña pero suficiente.
− Nos alojamos 7 días, y lo contratamos por el aire acondicionado que se especificaba (Baño privado, Aire acondicionado...), pero solo colocan un ventilador y no es suficiente para el calor de Madrid en verano. Por wasap lo consulté y nunca me respondieron. Es decir el precio no se condice con un ventilador. En el baño faltan ganchos para colgar las toallas y un cubo de basura. El piso tiene algún problema porque se mantiene húmedo. El día miércoles 15 de julio vinieron a hacer limpieza en la tarde, y la muchacha encargada (una venezolana con la que conversamos antes de salir), revisó uno de los cajones y nos robó dólares (250) y plata colombiana. Como estaba en un sobre con los pasaportes recién nos dimos cuenta el sábado. Un error nuestro dejar plata y no hay forma de denunciarla, pero recomiendo que el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones sea siempre el mismo. Durante la semana nos cruzamos con cuatro diferentes.

− Ingresso maleodorante, camera sprovvista fi condizionata anche se loro dicevano che c'era, c'era solo un ventilatore sporco, previsto cambio biancheria non effettuato nonostante le riperite richieste ci veniva attaccato il telefono. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questa struttura anche oerche il costo è alto per qualità prezzo.
