Very poor service & no sorry ...they did refund us our hotel payment for 5 days .

− Unbelievable !! the morning of arriving to the hotel we received a message saying they had overbooked . We booked our accommodation 6weeks pior ,and no one relized it until then. How could you not know sooner . They did say they will place us in a hotel 5 min away . Well the cab driver took us to the new location which wasn't suitable at all ... i have a knee injury and need an elevator. My husband and daughter who traveled fr Canada all night was extremely tired , walked the streets trying to find a hotel to sleep , all.SOLD out due to the Barcelona/ Madrid football match . We did find one way over our budget for only one night ,, being very tired we had to start looking for another accommodation in the morning ,which was no where near the area we booked . Very ,very bad service . And no support finding us another place suitable or some sort of discount for cabs , dragging our luggage down the street ar 10pm

9.0Die absolute Top Lage. Eine schöne eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung.
− Die Lage zum Innenhof sorgte dafür, dass von den Restaurants die Abzugshauben dafür sorgten, dass es jeden Tag im Appartement nach Essen roch.

10.0Главное преимущество этих апартаментов — исключительно удобное расположение. Номер оказался слегка тесноват для троих, но поскольку мы уходили рано утром и возвращались лишь поздно вечером, для нас это не стало критичным. Порадовали удобные кровати и безупречно чистое постельное белье. Из пожеланий на будущее: очень не хватило элементарного приветственного набора. Было бы приятно увидеть в холодильнике хотя бы бутылку воды и достаточное количество кофейных капсул (двух штук на троих гостей всё же маловато). Это сущие мелочи, но уставшему с дороги человеку они очень поднимают настроение. В целом проживание прошло хорошо
− Цена немного завышена по моему мнению. Позднее заселение (15:00). Хотя они пошли нам на встречу и заселили на пол часа раньше.
