10.0It was spacious for the two of us, and views were incredible. Handy with having the pool just downstairs as other blocks had further to walk. It was in a quiet area of Condado too. There’s no room attached to the left of the property too so couldn’t hear neighbours. Owners/ key holder were easy to get in touch with and office is in the main building too.
− We wished it was made more clear about having to pay for units for the AC, but wasn’t too much of a big deal.

7.0Fab position and views
− The key holder was unaware of our arrival despite us having received a confirmation email from them. The apartment was not ready for occupation when we arrived but the key holder did sort things out and within 2 hours it was ready.
The cleaning could have been better . Mirror’s. Cobwebs and dust in wardrobe etc

− No terrace cover so had to find alternative sitting area in an afternoon
