Uwaga plaga termitów w tym mieszkaniu!
1.0− Termity!!! W mieszkaniu odkryliśmy żywe i martwe. Na zasłonach zobaczyliśmy larwy i nie wiedzieliśmy co to jest było późno wieczorem. Napisaliśmy do właściciela, który poinformował nas, że to terminy co porzuciły skrzydła. Chwilę potem znaleźliśmy ruszającego się termita na jednym z naszych ubrań. Kolejna rzecz to stan mieszkania jest gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Sofy są stare z łuszczącą się rdzą. Szuflady niektóre nie mają uchwytów. Armatura w łazience jest zardzewiała. Ściany dawno straciły biel. Pościel sprawia wrażenie nie świeżej. Za meblami jest brudno - martwe termity. Zresztą na ścianach też są ich ślady. Po koszmarnej nocy rano przerażeni robakami i brudem „uciekliśmy” stamtąd. Od właściciela żądany zwrotu pieniędzy, których odmówił.

10.0La vue face à l'Océan et à 180°, le fracas des vagues au pied de l'appartement, la taille vaste de l'appartement très clair et super bien situé (bord de mer et centre ville avec animation boutique resto magasins). Tout pour un super séjour
− Bien noter que les baies vitrées n'isolent pas complètement des sons de l'extérieur (vagues, musiciens....). Rien de grave - ça contribue à l'ambiance bien située mais c'est à savoir.

8.0Świetna lokalizacja i cudowne widoki. Okolica jest głośna i parking publiczny jest ok 7min od apartamentu.
− Drzwi i balkony wymagają natychmiastowego odświeżenia. W jednej z toalet spłuczka nie ma ciśnienia i słabo działa.Z powodu opóźnienia wymeldowania poprzednich osób oraz tym samym ekipy sprzątającej zameldowaliśmy się później niż chcieliśmy. Kontakt z właścicielem ograniczony.
