− It was neglected, mould, cracks, broken fridge, one window didn’t lock at all and the other was broken, outside was full of rubbish, dirty , nasty area, people u def us selling drugs on their door step, rough place, residents living with tourists which isn’t allowed, the bathroom is so tight that a larger person couldn’t fit comfortably on the toilet, needs doing up as it could be great
