9.0El sistema de refrigeración era muy bueno y efectivo
− Que no tuviera wiffi y que el espejo del baño estuviera tan alto, había que subirse en un taburete para verse en condiciones.

8.0Sin duda lo mejor los aires acondicionados y ventiladores. También destaco la limpieza, lo equipado que estaba el apartamento, la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona y la comunicación con el dueño.
− No tiene WIFI. La antena de televisión falla muchísimo...no se veía casi ningún canal de la TDT, y al mando de la TV le faltaban botones....
