10.0Communication from the host as to how to collect the keys was very good. We were met at the requested time, and he was polite, helpful and informative. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, it had everything you needed. The furniture was lovely, the twin beds were comfortable, there were plenty of coat hangers [often there are not many!], the kitchen had everything you needed - Thank you for a perfect stay....we will be back.
