MUY CONTENTOS. PARA REPETIR
10.0El ático es estupendo, con unas vistas impresionantes. La cocina muy completa con menaje suficiente para cocinar, el salón amplio con Smart TV grande, dormitorio con cama de 1,50 y la otra habitación con una litera, baño amplio, el segundo baño es un aseo en la terraza. El AA es central en toda la casa, la piscina estupenda, al igual que las zonas comunes. Salida directa a la playa. A destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones, Rainer y Carmen, que nos recibieron para darnos la llaves y toda la información. Quedamos encantados y con ganas de repetir. Zona tranquila de marcha y discotecas y un centro comercial a 5 minutos en coche.
− Todo fue muy bien, pero por poner "un pero", me gustaría hacer alguna sugerencia de mejora. La ducha del baño resulta algo pequeña e incómoda, y las puertas de la mampara no cierran bien del todo. Las almohadas de las camas son muy bajitas y blandas, pero eso va sobre gustos... Algún cuchillo grande de cocina, que no sea el del pan. Como digo, son sugerencias, porque se puede sobrevivir sin ello.

10.0Tout était parfait, au top sans aucune exagération, une vue époustouflante sur mer, un levé du soleil du côté de la mer, une grande terrasse qui domine la piscine et la plage, je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hesitation, l'appartement était très propre, l'emplacement pied dans l'eau, équipements au grand complet, nous étions 4 mais peut convenir pour 6, grande piscine d'eau de mer gardée par un (une) secouriste maitre nageur tout le temps. La serise sur la gâteau le propriétaire est très gentil, très à l'écoute et généreux. Si vous prévoyez de passer les jours à ROQUETAS DEL MAR, c'est la meilleure adresse.
The sea and pool view is amazing.
10.0The sea view is breathtaking, if there is nothing else, this would be enough to stay here. The common pool is very clean (partly salty water), includes green garden with trees and shade. Easy to go to the beach, sea was clean; quite lot of people there. Appartment is well equipped, lot of useful minor things included, wi-fi works well. We were very happy to stay there. Public parking just besides or nearby allways available.
− The minor matter is, that there is only one central controll of A/C for the whole appartment.
