10.0Fantastic Location - near bigger shop, restaurants, great pool - clean, very few people, or no people at all, roof-top with good Privacy,
− It was OK during our stay (end of June and beginning of July), but i think later in July and August it can be guite hot in the apartment (no AC), but fans in each room do the job. Its good that all Windows head north-east direction so sun operates only in early morning hours.... (of course on the roof top you can have Sun all day :) )
More than happy to stay again, highly recommend the property

9.0Everything you need is in this quiet Apartment ! The best place to be versus the touristic one around Los Cristianos and the Playa las Americas. Modern furnitures, very close to the beach and facing a supermarket in a mall with several good restaurants (we tried the Indian one as well as the Italian). I recommend to rent a car, this will be easy to visit the south of Tenerife as well as the capital Santa Cruz of Ténérife (which has a really nice museum of art though).
− The pool was quiet cold with no deckchairs.
