− La vajilla y la cuberteria estaban deterioradas y sucias. Faltan bastantes elementos en la parte de la cocina. Los colchones eran bastante incomodos. Se oyen mucho los ruidos tanto de la entrada del edificio como de los vecinos. Para el precio que tiene deberia estar más completo.
