− Hluk z okolních bytů a ulice, špatná izolace. Malé umyvadlo a sprcha. Občas byl cítit plyn.

− Cuina petita i poc còmode per la manca d'endolls. Cambra de bany petita. Manca d'algun element de refrigeració que ajudés a passar les hores senyals del dia de manera més confortable.
