− El mobiliario exterior de las terrazas estaba muy abandonado y cutre, no va en consonancia al precio

− Había muy pocos utensilios para cocinar, el estropajo ya estaba usado, pusieron únicamente 3 rollos de papel para tres personas durante una semana, no había bolsas de basura ni pinzas para la ropa. En general, había muy poco de todo.

5.0Ubicación.
− Apartamento, sobrevalorado, sucio, menaje escaso, nevera con baldas rotas, sabanas sucias con pelos, baño con pintura azulejos dañada, el tema del aparcamiento horrible, no se puede aparcar y para descargar equipaje una odisea. La terraza recae sobre unos bajos que son locales comerciales, restaurantes y bares, si quieres oler a refrito, solo tienes que quedarte en al terraza un rato.
