8.0The location and specially the view was great. It was big.
− It is very old. The stuff was very old. One of the pool was closed.

6.0De ligging dichtbij zee.
− Terras was vuil net als het tuinmeubilair. Wasmachine en droogrek waren kapot. Pan stond smerig in de kast. Slechts 1 airco op 1 slaapkamer. Bedden waren klein en matrassen hard. Zwembad was op slot en dus niet toegankelijk. Eigenaar reageerde niet op de app inzake deze klachten.

9.0Host had good communication and was friendly. Villa in really good location, fantastic outside space with lovely sea views. Good private balcony's in rooms as well. If we come back to the area, we would definitely book again. Would recommend
− Needs some new curtains in master bedroom and just some wee touch ups here and there but still really loved our stay.

10.0Everything was good. Location is great near the airport and with transportation available with buses to Alicante city. Beach is beautiful.
