Tolle Lage, aber leider keine super Erfahrung
5.0Die Lage ist sehr gut und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick. Der Check In verlief unproblematisch und wir durften sogar früher als geplant einchecken, das war großartig. Einmal ging die Waschmaschine kaputt, sie wurde am nächsten Tag direkt repariert.
− Leider riecht es in der Wohnung sehr stark nach etwas unangenehm Moderigen, ich konnte aber nicht herausfinden, was es war. Es hat meinen Vater und mich aber so sehr gestört, dass wir Tag und Nacht die Fenster komplett aufmachen mussten, weshalb es in der Nacht aufgrund der Lage sehr laut war, zumal das Hochbett im eigentlichen Wintergarten der Wohnung steht. Auf dem Hochbett oben zu schlafen ist fast unmöglich, da man quasi direkt an der Decke liegt und die Leiter Recht klapprig ist. Mein Vater hat daher auf dem Sofa geschlafen, dieses war aber Recht bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte auch etwas besser sein. Wir hatten für 10 Tage Aufenthalt nur 1 Geschirrhandtuch und es gibt keinen Wasserkocher. Auch Basis Lebensmittel wie Salz oder Öl fehlten.

9.0Шикарное местоположение. Все рядом, рестораны, магазины, набережная. В квартире все есть. Особенно роскошна терасса на крыше.
− Да все нормально, может только пара крючков для полотенец пригодилась бы в ванной.
