4.0The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group, and we appreciated the balconies. The location was also very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and public transportation all nearby. The virtual key system made accessing the property easy.
− Overall, we were disappointed with the stay, especially considering the price we paid. Our biggest issue was the showers. Of the three showers, only one had working hot water. We raised this with the owner, but someone only came to inspect the issue the day before our departure, leaving us with limited access to hot showers for most of our four-night stay. There were also insufficient instructions for using the apartment's appliances, particularly the dishwasher, for which only one cleaning pod was provided for four nights. Despite having a kitchen, basic essentials such as a chopping board were missing. The building itself also appeared poorly maintained. The elevators were sometimes unresponsive, and the stairwell had inadequate lighting, which was a safety concern. For the price, we expected better maintenance, more complete amenities, and a more responsive approach to resolving issues.

8.0Sehr nah an der Plaza caraluñya gelegene Unterkunft. Viele Nette Restaurants (asiatische) in der Nähe. Wenige Minuten bis in die Altstadt. U Bahn gegenüber.
− Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Paravent wäre gut als Ergänzung.

10.0Beautiful property, great location. Check is was informative and so helpful for suggestions and showing us the space. Apt could have used more pans and some staples for cooking: olive oil, salt, pepper. Other than that perfect!

Location, location, location.
10.0Location, location, location. This apartment has a perfect location. Within walking distance of Plaça de Catalunya. Two minute walk to a Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and the Born. The apartment is ample and clean. Full of character. It has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Oscar was the perfect host. Very accommodating to our needs. Responded quickly to our communications. The building has an elevator which is a plus. We highly recommend it.
− One of the beds was too soft for my taste, but the sofa bed in the living room made up for it.
