− Necesita una reforma, el sillón está vencido, las tapajuntas del cuarto de baño estropeadisimas, una pena que no invirtieran un poco y le sacaran más partido. Incomodisimas las hormigas.

10.0Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im 3.Stock eines modernen Hauses. Lift vorhanden. Alle notwendigen Utensilien für Aufenthalt vorhanden (Küche, Bad, etc.). Makellos sauber. Keine Fenster zur Straße, daher angenehm ruhig. Super zentrale Lage in San Sebastian, alle notwendigen Ziele fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder zumindest um die Ecke meist (eigentlich immer) verfügbar. Perfekte & kurzfristige Kommunikation mit dem Host.
− Angesichts der Jahreszeit in der Nacht etwas frisch. Eine zweite vorbereitete Bettdecke wäre super. Angesichts der anderen positiven Erfahrungen aber vernachlässigbar. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Host war so freundlich, dass ich ihn gerne persönlich kennengelernt hätte.

8.0La ubicación es excelente. Facilidad para el aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. La atención y disponibilidad del propietario para atender las dudas y darnos sugerencias para conocer la isla.
− Las instalaciones están bien, hay de todo para poder cocinar. Estaría bien tener un sofá más cómodo para poder disfrutar más en los ratos de descanso.
