Apartamento muy limpio en barrio pesquero

El apartamento está nuevo y, además, super limpio. Tiene menaje de cocina suficiente. Las habitaciones grandes y confortables. El hecho de que tenga aire acondicionado nos ayudó a llevar mejor una ola de calor. Nos encantó el barrio pesquero en el que está, y el ambiente que había (coincidimos con las fiestas del Carmen). Rafael, el anfitrión, fue muy amable y nos dio mucha información útil. Además, nos indicó el parking más cercano (unos 5 minutos andando) y la forma más económica para pagar. Gracias de nuevo.

− Nos gustó todo, pero simplemente quería añadir alguna recomendación: hay que tener en cuenta que la playa más cercana está a 15 o 20 minutos andando y el centro a unos 20-30 minutos andando. Respecto al parking, la aplicación para que resulte más barato es poco intuitiva.

L'amabilité de l'hôte qui vous reçoit. Raphaël n'a vraiment qu'un seul but c'est vous rendre à l'aise. Il sera au petit soin du début à la fin. Présent pour des simples indications sur les activité et visite a faire en ville, en passant pas nous recommander un restaurant incontournable de la ville, il s'est occupé de la réservation pour l'heure demandée et que dire de la qualité du restaurant conseiller. Parfait . Vraiment je vous recommandé cette hôte vous ne serez pas déçu de la Qualité du service proposé ainsi que la gentillesse et bienveillance de Raphaël. L'emplacement est très bien situé, idéal pour couple ou famille. L'hôte est très disponible et sympathique. Il a m^me eu la gentillesse de me prêter un parasol et il m'a renseigné plusieurs spot à voir;

Rafael, the owner was extremely helpful and did well communicating via mobile phone app. And WhatsApp. The accommodation was spotless. Lots of extra blankets, towels etc. My boys, 15 & 17 years old said the WiFi was good and we could watch Netflix in English..... so they were chuffed and liked the bunkbeds, especially the double sized bottom one. Great aircon and shower. Kitchen kitted out well..... perfect if you're staying a week and want to cook. I was chuffed to beable to use the washing machine. Nice view of the Marina and surroundings. Handy close, small shop behind and some places to eat out.

− The accommodation details state, 'Hot tub', 'Jacuzzi'...... There is neither!!!! - one of the main reasons I paid extra over other accommodations that were closer to the town too! I asked Rafael, I thought we maybe in the wrong flat?? He stated that there was an issue with it, do they replaced it with a shower. Great shower, but we were excited for a hot tub! I have advised Booking.com, but they've not acknowledged my complaint. The property details on the website is still false advertising. Its also not on a beachfront! Its on a Marina. Takes about 20 mins to talk to the nearest beach. Fantastic place though..... as long as you're expecting a hot tub! And if you're ok with walking to the main areas - or prepared to use local transport/taxis.
