− Our stay at this apartment was, without question, the worst experience we have ever had. We travel frequently, and we have never felt so misled and so poorly treated. The biggest issue was that the apartment has no air conditioning. The heatwave that has been in Spain recently made the apartment unbearable to stay in. The listing did not make this sufficiently clear. It never mentioned not having air conditioning. Opening the windows was not an option because the apartment faces an extremely busy road with constant traffic from cars and buses, day and night. Sleeping was impossible. The swimming pool was another major disappointment. The photos are highly misleading. The pool is not located at the apartment building but on the other side of the very busy road outside the building. It’s unsafe and completely impractical for families with children to reach the pool. The pool is also extremely small compared to what the photos suggest. It’s small as a duck pond. Had this been clearly disclosed, we would never ever have booked this property. When we contacted the owner through Booking.com to explain these problems, the response was unbelievable. The following morning, two women came to the apartment and aggressively confronted us because we had contacted Booking.com. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issues, they shouted at us, were extremely rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. We have never experienced such unprofessional and hostile behaviour from hosts. Despite repeatedly asking for help, nothing was done. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage for most of our stay, even after reporting it. The apartment was also infested with ants. We were given a ant trap, but there were still ants everywhere. Without air conditioning, the apartment constantly smelled damp and the ceiling fans were nowhere near enough to make the apartment comfortable.

Fabulous location and great apartments - would definitely recommend

The property is fabulous - lovely big bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Great touches with some basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. Plenty of clean towels and bed linen. Location is perfect for the resort centre, beach and pool. Pool is small / but most of the time we were the only ones there and it was wonderful for cooling off! Everything was spotlessly clean. The welcome and the team were so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

− The only down side is the lack of air conditioning. The ceiling fans are ok - but just circulate hot air. Air conditioning would make a world of difference.
