9.0La limpieza y espacio de este, con unas instalaciones muy cómodas y facilidad de aparcamiento cerca. Había supermercados cerca y andando a la playa del arenal 700m.

− Estaba lejos de la playa. Es cierto que estaba a 10 minutos y el paseo no se hace pesado pero con niños teniendo que salir a comer, hacerlo 4 veces al día si es más incómodo. La urbanización es muy tranquila y está muy cuidada.

Het was ok, maar zou dit appartement niet aanraden en zeker niet nog een keer boeken.
6.0De locatie was prima, het complex was verder netjes en het 2persoonsbed lag prima.
− Het stonk erg in de keuken. Na een korte inspectie vond ik een erg vieze pan met een laagje vet/ water met etensresten! Het stonk zo erg! Bah. Fornuis was niet schoon, alles vet. De schoonmaak kon beter. Ik heb dit gemeld maar geen reactie gekregen, jammer!
