Avis mitigé : beau potentiel mais pas à la hauteur pour affronter les chaleurs étouffantes de l'été
6.0Piscine à disposition dans la résidence avec transat - espaces verts agréables -, climatisation (mais uniquement dans le salon), literie confortable (ferme), changement des serviettes tous les 2 jours ; supérette à 10 minutes à pied, magnifique crique de Santandria à 10 minutes à pied également, facilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes, espace sécurisé, personnel gentil.
− La proximité d'une rue très passante (nous avions l'appartement 6), la vue sur les poubelles publiques et le bruit des camions bennes le matin à 9 h pour le ramassage des ordures. Nous avons aussi été envahis de fourmis dans la salle de bain au niveau de l'évier ; le bruit des voisins dans la piscine après minuit (même si c'était interdit) ; les ventilateurs présents dans les chambres font un bruit tonitruant ne permettant pas de dormir avec (on a dû aller dormir sur le canapé du salon où il y avait la climatisation) ; la chaleur accablante dans l'appartement à notre arrivée (il a fallu 2 jours pour rafraichir l'appartement avec la climatisation et en laissant les volets fermés jour et nuit) ; aucun produit ménager pour dépanner (faire la vaisselle, les toilettes et la sdb) ; la dimension de la table extérieure adaptée pour 2 personnes seulement.

Días de relax cerca de la playa
9.0Está en una zona tranquila, muy cerca de la playa de Santandria, que es una cala muy tranquila y muy chula. Hay un pequeño súper a unos 4 minutos y también paradas de autobús muy cerca. Solo hay 8 apartamentos por lo que hay mucha tranquilidad en la piscina. En nuestro caso estuvimos muchas veces solos en la Piscina. Repetiría sin duda.
