8.0El piso es amplio, perfecto para 6 personas, y está muy bien equipado. La terraza esta bien amueblada. Aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien y que está en todas las estancias de la casa. La cocina tambien esta bien equipada. Camas cómodas y disponibles varios tipos de almohadas. La ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad. Comunidad tranquila, en cada rellano solo hay dos pisos, lo que minimiza el ruido, y hace que el ascensor siempre esté disponible. Gimnasio bien equipado y nada saturado. El parking es amplio y la plaza esta bien, nosotros llevamos un coche de 7 plazas y sin problema. Supermercado a 5 minutos.
− La piscina no es apta para niños, muy grande y profunda, además solo dejan flotador una hora por la mañana y una hora por la tarde. La distancia a la playa 15 min andando (aunque en la descripción del piso lo indica perfectamente). El puerto está a 10 minutos andando. Por poner un "pero" al apartamento el sofá requiere una renovación pronto....

Good apartment in local resident complex
8.03 bed apartment on 9th floor, good air conditioning in all rooms, nice terrace. Close to supermarket, well equipped kitchen. About 10/15 min walk to beach or port. Clean throughout.
− Travel cot broken so one side collapsed down - just about ok for our 2yr old but would be unsafe for baby. Contacted owner but no other cot available. Furnishings in bedrooms and hallway poor quality - drawers broken and falling apart. Pool opening hrs (11-15 & 17-22) suited to locals but not really holidaymakers. Shallow end of pool 1.2m so not really suitable for kids who aren’t strong swimmers. No baby pool which was a big downside for us.
