Séjour agréable dans un bel appartement qui mérite d’être mieux entretenu
6.0La vue, le duplex, l’espace, la luminosité, les terrasses, la place de parking, la disponibilité et les explications de l’agence, sa réactivité en cas de problème
− Globalement, l’appartement mérite une petite rénovation. Il manquait la grille du four, rendant celui ci inutilisable. Il manquait plusieurs étagères en verres dans le frigo, rendant son utilisation aussi compliquée. Il manquait un des 2 filtres à la hotte. L’une des trois terrasses était inaccessible car la porte était impossible à ouvrir. Le wifi n’a jamais marché malgré l’intervention rapide de notre interlocuteur. La chambre en haut a des infiltrations le long des murs et de l’eau qui coule lorsqu’il pleut. C’est dommage car l’appartement est top et la résidence aussi. À ce tarif, on ne s’attend pas à ce type de désagréments.
