Peaceful Apartment in a Beachfront Complex♡

The apartment is simple yet has all facilities needed for a family.Working kitchen, washing machine. It has a nice balcony with a large table to eat on. The host made arangements for us to collect the keys even though we were late. The host was very friendly and the care taker of the apartment was available for my questions. I would always take this apartment again , if I needed to. The kitchen was clean and all equipments were in great workinng order. Excellent !!! The Master bedroom had a cozy bed and blankets. The other bedroom had a less cozy bed. The TV works, there were three small room heaters that worked. Everything that was there in the apartment , just worked. Toilets were clean to use.Stocked with Toilet paper and minor toiletries. Washing area had detergent and a Dishwasher for ready use.We did not use the dishwasher since we were not in need. It has excellent value for money.

− Not any thing major, but some small things that can be improved . None of the points below, would not prevent me from booking this place again. Water heater in the bath has a limited capacity, so we wont get hot water in large volumes. Once someone has had a shower, the next one may need to give some minutes ( 5 -10) for the bolier to heat up the water again.By the way, we use really hot water and not warm. For those who need warm water, this existing setup is just fine.The shower head holder was too small to hold the shower head in the right position always. We noticed that the floor was dusty , maybe they had not yime to clean the apartment well before we came in. But it does not mean the apartment was unclean. Its means a little more wet mopping . That also brings me to the next point, it would help if they had a vaccum cleaner in the apartment. In Spain, the floor does get cold in winter. That means we need to wear thick socks or shoes in the apartment. This is nothing that the apartment owner can solve easily. Having small carpets could ease the situtaion. A car is necessary to reach the place and also for doing shopping. We went during the off-season, so the entire area was deserted, It looked like everyone was abducted :), but that meant the beach was all for ourselves !!! It has no clothes dryer, but i guess most of the time in Spain, one may not need it.Or may be they had one but I could not find it.
