− Tal vez falta mantenimiento.
Precioso alojamiento muy cerca del centro.
9.0Muy céntrico, amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
− Por decir alguna cosa quizás el sofá no era muy cómodo pero eso también va a gustos. En general nada que decir.

9.0Très bel appartement, rénové avec goût dans une maison ancienne. Beaucoup d’espace, des chambres confortables et propres. L’équipement est très bon, et l’emplacement excellent à deux pas du centre-ville de Teruel. Les repas pris dans la petite cour sont très agréables. Le petit parking privé est très appréciable.
− Logement non adapté aux PMR (2 étages). Un WC indépendant aurait été préférable car il y a trois chambres.
