Todo olía rico, sábanas y el apartamento en si. Cómodo y aparcamiento en la puerta los dos días. El dueño, un encanto de personas, pendiente de todo, la verdad que muy amable.

− Que estuvimos pocos días y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina ...

I stayed at Beautiful Apartments Hercules in Costa del Silencio, Tenerife South for 10 nights and had a good experience overall. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had been fully renewed and everything felt fresh. It was also well equipped, even with basic condiments, which made cooking easy from day one. All appliances worked properly. The washing machine and the dishwasher were both in good working condition. You had everything you needed for daily use. There was laundry detergent, disinfectants, sponges, and all the necessary cutlery. The bedroom was completely updated and comfortable. You could see that effort had been put into improving the space. There was a small issue with the lock, but it was not something to worry about. Also, there was no strong pressure for the hot water during our stay, which could be improved. The balcony was closed and locked with some zip ties.At first this might seem inconvenient, but I actually appreciated it because it gave me peace of mind that no one could access it from outside. One thing missing was bed sheets for the pillows and a sheet for the sofa bed in the dining area, which we needed for the kids. It was not a major problem for us because we simply bought what we needed,also there was a cot with brand new mattress ,but we did not use it. At the beginning there was no hair dryer, but I contacted the landlord and he responded very quickly. He brought one and left it on the balcony, which I appreciated. During our stay, we also contributed a few things for future guests. We bought an umbrella and left it at the property. We also used the laundry detergent provided by the landlord, so we replaced it by leaving three liters of new detergent for the next guests. Overall, I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The apartment offers exactly what you pay for. It was clean,renovated, and functional. For the price, it delivers really good value.

− Ik weet niet wat de overtreffende trap van achterstallig onderhoud is, maar dit appartement voldoet wel aan die definitie. Het doet zeker niet aan de verwachtingen die je hebt bij de naam van dit appartement. Dat iets gedateerd kan zijn, kan ik nog wel overheen komen, hoewel dit eigenlijk vandaag de dag ook wel belachelijk is. Het appartement stonk ontzettend naar rioollucht, ik werd er onpasselijk van. De waterdruk voor warmwater was een klein straaltje, daar valt niet mee te douchen. De toiletbril zit los. Het slot in de voordeur draait soms dol. Het balkon is afgesloten met een hekwerk dat niet te openen is, in geval van brand en zeker i.c.m. met een haperend slot in de voordeur is dit levensgevaarlijk! Het raam in de slaapkamer kan niet open, iets wat in het klimaat daar niet fijn is. Het bankstel wat er staat zou zelfs mijn oma ouderwets gevonden hebben is ziet er zo smerig uit dat ik niet eens in de buurt durfde te komen. Het raampje in de badkamer is dicht gemaakt met plakband. Ik ben dan ook na 1 nacht uit ellende weg gegaan en een ander appartement dat wel fatsoenlijk was in de buurt gevonden. De verhuurder reageert gewoon helemaal niet op berichten. Kortom: Boek dit appartement NIET!
