Location, location location
9.0Excellent location on the edge of the walking district of La Laguna. Location makes up for any drawbacks. Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Nice to have parking but see below for comments.
− Entry sequence was confusing. It’s not clear that above ground the apartment is in a separate building from garage entry. It’s a tight and dark garage with poor directional markings. And on the way out you need the garage fob to open the door at exit so you must then go back in the apartment to leave keys.
